Clifton Estate spiced rum begins with a two-year-old rum which is infused with orange, along with a touch of honey and a secret blend of island spices. The rum was then transferred from a wooden barrel to... a smaller barrel made out of glass

We start with a special 2 yr old dark rum. We infuse our rum by hand in small batches with 100% natural ingredients
Large barrel production doesn’t achieve the same results.
A truly handmade, artisanal spiced rum
WHAT SPICES ARE USED ?
We infuse orange rather than the more commonly used vanilla then we add a touch of honey and our secret blend of natural island spices. This produces wonderful flavours with balance around the citrus/orange profile and a smooth finish.
