GINAMIS & RUMAMIS are handcrafted in small batches with our ‘amis’ from The Stillery, a local distillery from Amsterdam (https://www.the-stillery.nl). A proprietary production process, similar to the distillation of traditional spirits, has been especially developed for GINAMIS & RUMAMIS by Master Distiller Pascal Peeters.
